Fish fillet with cheese
Again my personal coloring. This tasty fish with cheese and mustard. The perfect dinner for two. And you try!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    0.5 kg

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

From eggs, flour, mayonnaise and salt make a batter.

Fish cut into pieces (small, about 6 × 10 cm) or depending on the fish. Only an even number. Salt. On half of the slices lay out a plate of cheese and the other half to grease with mustard.

Joined halves (1 cheese+1 with mustard) stuffed inside.

Dip in batter on both sides.
