Fish is very useful. Recently came across my Desk the pike. I was wondering how to cook it. For frying the pike is not good - too dry, with stuffing I have not got... And I decided to send it in the oven, and so it was not boring, together with rice. And do not regret it - the rice, making ready, has absorbed all the flavors.
