Homemade bread from Yulia Vysotskaya
The bread was rustic, simple and delicious

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Water

    700 ml

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

    1 tsp

To the flour add yeast and salt,mix well,then gradually add water stirring with a wooden spoon.Sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough,kneading it very gently.

Grease a deep bowl to rise. oil,put the dough in it and cover with a towel leaving 1 hour in a warm place.After an hour put the dough on the table dusted previously with flour and gently knead it.Once the dough put in a deep dish, sprinkle generously with flour and put another 1 hour in a warm place.

Pre-heat the oven to 250C.Then take a large shape sprinkle it with flour, put into it the dough, forming of round bread and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 250C.Then lower the temperature to 220S and bake for another 30 minutes.
