Cooking
To make this cookie, we need orange paste, which can be made in advance. It gives the pastries a delicate but distinct flavor and aroma. Sorry, photos of cooking inadvertently deleted. But everything is simple. Oranges dipped in boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain the water. Again pour boiling water, boil for another 2-3 minutes and drain the water. Repeat the procedure again. After that, the oranges to cool, cut arbitrarily with the peel, remove the seeds and grind in a blender to a paste. I love to cook cookies. Softened butter to mix with sugar and add the orange paste.
Mix in separate bowl the two kinds of flour, cocoa, salt and add to butter mix. Mix well and to drive eggs one by one. Knead again.
