Ginger-buckwheat cookies
Useful winter cookies from buckwheat, ginger and chocolate. Delicious, healthy delicate crumbly biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Brown sugar

    130 g

  • Soda

    5 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Prepare the ingredients.

To the softened butter add the cane sugar, grind.

Add the egg, mix well. Add sifted buckwheat flour with the baking powder.

Add chopped pieces of chocolate. Knead the dough.

The dough is rolled into a long sausage, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, cut into slices and arrange on the oiled baking sheet. Flatten with a fork.

Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
