Delicious scones for tea, easy cooking.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Knead the dough. Mix the flour with the baking powder. In flour, add vanilla sugar, milk, eggs, sugar, cottage cheese, vegetable oil. Knead the dough until smooth.

To form the buns.

Put buns on a greased baking sheet. From above to grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in the oven at 200C for 25 minutes.
