When every day is the same, I want diversity. Yesterday I decided to make a pasta (macaroni) with shrimps. It turned out very well. The taste - yum. Fried macaroni and shrimp is simply amazing.

Cooking
In a large pot of salted water brought to a boil, put the spaghetti (ideal to use varieties of hard wheat. I love the Maltagliati). For convenience, you can break into 2 parts. In the cooking process in the future will have to mix the ingredients with classic cooking, when the pasta retain its length, it will be uncomfortable at later stages. Cook in boiling water no more than 10-15 minutes. Drain through a colander.
Selected prawns (perfect to take shrimp, on upevce which says that they are from 70 to 90 pieces per kg) in slaboposolennoy water with the Bay leaf brought to the boil, cook for 5-10 minutes. Also through a colander, pour the boiling water and fill with cold water.
Shrimp, pre-cooled, purified from the inedible shells and tentacles to the meat. The process is lengthy and, in my opinion, the most difficult, since shrimp downright look very appetizing.
On a heated pan slightly drizzled with olive oil, put spaghetti, and top with the shrimp, pour soy sauce (you can use any if you like sweeter, you can take soy sauce Hainz), dobavim mayonnaise (everyone loves exactly how he feels). Stir for 3-5 minutes.
Mix thoroughly. Fry on medium heat, add the spices. I love dried dill and black pepper. Stir, cover and wait about 2-3 minutes.
