Chicken fillet with mushrooms
Simple, quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Onion

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oregano

  • Vegetable oil

Cut filet is not too large, but not small.

Pepper and arrange on a heated pan with vegetable oil.

Fry until Golden brown.

While fried fillet, cut onion into half rings, put in a pan larger and slightly saute in the vegetable oil, meanwhile chop the mushrooms into 3-4 pieces each. Protasenia to the onions add the mushrooms and fry also until Golden brown.

Ready fillet and mushrooms to combine into a larger pan, season with salt, add dried oregano (only if desired) and cut into slices of melted cheese. Stir until the cheese melts to evenly spread it.
