Mix the flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices

Stir the mixture, pour in Apple cider (orange, carrot or other juice) and toss in flour mixture
Knead well the dough and put in greased with vegetable oil form
Put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for 40-45 minutes. To be sure, can pierce the middle with a wooden skewer, it should come out dry.
