Pancake rolls with pate
Offer the option of meals from pancakes with pâté. It's delicious, hearty, flavorful. Can decorate a table like a day off, and holiday.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Milk

To make pancakes in a bowl mix flour and yeast, I have a TM SAF-moment.

In another bowl, whisk (or electric mixer) the eggs with the sugar and salt.

Mix flour with beaten eggs. Add warmed milk and water (about 40 degrees), all mix well.

Pour vegetable oil, stir, cover with a towel and put to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. While the dough rises you can prepare the toppings-pate.

The finished dough must be covered with bubbles.

Bake pancakes in the pancake pan, occasionally greasing it with oil.

Of this number the test I got 14 pancakes.

As described above, the filling, the pate can be prepared during the lifting test. I pointed out the amount of paste for stuffing all the pancakes, it is, of course, very much. Decide for yourself how much you prepare. Bacon cut into small pieces and vytaplivaete (fry) in the pan.
