Snack cake with minced pork and mushrooms
Hearty, delicious snack minced meat, mushrooms, peas and green onions! A slice of this pie with a spoon of sour cream may well be a hearty Breakfast or as an addition to the first dish for lunch!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Green peas

    80 g

  • Green onions

    5 sprig

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Yogurt

    320 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

For the filling: onion cut into small dice, fry in small amount of vegetable oil.

Add to the onions sliced mushrooms, fry all together for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, put into a bowl where you will mix the stuffing.

Separately fry the minced chicken.

Add fried mince to the onions and mushrooms, allow to cool. To the cooled filling add chopped green onions and peas, season with salt and pepper, add a mixture of Provencal herbs. Mix well.

For the dough: in a bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream and eggs, mix well with a whisk.

Add the flour, a pinch of salt and sugar, a leavening agent. Mix well the dough until smooth (the dough as thick cream).

Add to the dough the filling and grated on a coarse grater cheese. Stir.

Baking dish (the size of my 20 cm x 29 cm) lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, for decoration you can put some green onion. Put the dough, smooth the top. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until tender. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and serve.
