Cooking
Prepare ingredients for steak. I was cooking for two so decreased all for serving..
In preheated non-stick pan melt the butter.
Fry three minutes on each side. Spread on a preheated dish.
Peel the onion, finely chop it. In the same pan, in remaining from frying meat sauce put the onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in the wine, bring to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat until until the liquid has evaporated by half.
Reduce the heat and add the cream.
In a small bowl, connect the starch and 2 tablespoons of water, prepare a smooth puree. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully enter the starch ground into a creamy sauce.
