Cucumbers peel and cut into four pieces (lengthwise and crosswise)
Prepare marinade: mix vinegar, salt, sugar. To fill the resulting marinade the cucumber and leave to marinate in the refrigerator

Fry in vegetable oil. Remove as soon as you start to appear Golden in colour, dry on a napkin, sprinkle with nutmeg and walnuts
[b]method 2[/b]Lightly wrung out, cut smaller and throw the cucumbers into a pan with heated sunflower (or other) oil. Stir and fry until weakly brown crust. After the pickles are fried and transferred to the bowl, squeezing the garlic press on them the garlic, add a spoon of soy sauce and finely chopped fresh herbs
