Red roasted peppers in olive oil
Yummy and a treat!!! Meat is not necessary, so it is good work!!! Rice very much!! Can be served hot or cold, but tastes better cold!!!

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Salt
