Description
Clafoutis - a dessert reminiscent of both pudding and cake, and top with a caramel crust. The filling can be any. To obtain a caramelized crust ti the bottom of the form must be generously sprinkled with sugar, then put the filling and on top pour the batter. As toppings I chose an exquisite combination of orange-carrot. This combination attracted me with its rich and cheerful color and it turned out to be delicious!

Cooking
Eggs to shoot down with a pinch of salt. To the eggs add milk and melted butter and whisk. Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to the mixture. Knead the batter (as for pancakes).
To prepare the filling - orange to cleanse not only the skin but also from the film, carefully cut into small pieces (clear need from the film over the plate, because the flowing juice, which also goes into the stuffing). Carrots to RUB on average grater.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Spread sugar on top of the oranges along with the juice and top with carrots.
For the filling pour the dough. And send in a preheated 180°C oven for 40 min.
Clafoutis is ready to turn on the dish - caramel crust up.
