Tartlets puff pastry with cheese
This recipe I saw in Instagram. Decided to try it, not shelving them. I was very pleased). Simple, fast, delicious and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cherry

    150 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

The dough thawed at room temperature.

Berry also thaw if you use frozen. Lightly squeeze it and drain the excess juice.

From the dough cut out circles. In the center of each circle to make indentation.

Cottage cheese whipped with cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla sugar (you can get vanilla 1 pinch of vanilla sugar instead) to a paste. Spread the cheese on the slices within the region of the recess.

On top of the cheese to put berries. Whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon water and brush edges of the tarts. Sprinkle the edges of the remaining sugar.

Bake the tartlets in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until edges are a nice light brown color. Baking time depends on the power of your oven.
