Description
Lovely recipe potato pastry that will help "recycle" the remainder of the mashed potatoes or cook it for a snack. In cookies, you can add various spices: herbs, seeds to your taste. Paprika or a spoonful of tomato puree will make the cookies a completely different color. I sprinkled the cookies with dried rosemary, the flavor is awesome! Cookie suddenly fly away like seeds.

Cooking
To make a thick mashed potato.
In the cooled mashed potatoes add salt, black pepper and vegetable oil "Oleyna"
Add the sifted flour (200 g, more may be necessary).
Divide the dough into 2 parts. One part roll out the layer thickness of approximately 5 mm, podpisa the table with flour.
Roll a layer of dough in the loaf.
Cut across the roll into 4 pieces.
Each part roll out again. Fold the droppings pile.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm. Squeeze figures cookies.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Lubricate the cookies with vegetable oil "Oleina".
Sprinkle dried rosemary and bake at 200 deg. 10-15 minutes, until it will turn brown.
