Carrots baked with walnuts
This is a quite unusual, sweet-savory side dish of roasted carrots. The dish was bright, brisk and delicious. And the aroma which spreads in the kitchen while cooking, stimulates appetite. Perfect for meat dishes or just because.

Ingredients

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Spices

Mix the honey, vinegar and soft butter. Carrots cut into 2 or 4 parts. Depending on the size.

Stir oil mixture and lay out on a baking sheet. Bake at 200*C for about 30 min. from Time to time stir it.

Nuts lightly fry in a dry pan.
