Prior to cooking two hours to cut the breast (I had scraps from chops, about 200 g), put in container and pour marinade sauce (or soy sauce), salt and sprinkle with spices meat BEFORE.
Dip each slice in beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs (mix all ingredients) and fry until brown on both sides.
Then for 10 min in the microwave at 600 W (Schaub came!) And a pleasant appetite! Delicious both hot and chilled.
