Description
An adapted version of the well-known meatballs for little kids (and not only). This is my first recipe, so don't judge very strictly for the quality of the pictures and recipe. Roads that taught me how to cook this dish to the husband, but with the advent of the children the recipe is a little tweaked, but nonetheless a very tasty dish and in dietary form.

Cooking
Take only fresh and the best (because of children) Baton pre-fill with warm milk, and meat and half of our onion cut into pieces
Skip the meat with onions through a meat grinder twice, add to the same loaf, slightly pressed from the milk. Wash the rice several times, until clear water, all mix, salt to taste (do not forget that preparing for children), egg, knead again and set aside.
Finely chop the other half of the onion, grate the carrots on the pan, on low heat slightly brown
Generated from our beef meatballs and put on onions and carrots, pour the meatballs to half hot water and on low heat simmer for 40 minutes (until the rice is tender) with the lid closed
When the rice is ready, quickly put each meatball in a slice of butter and turn off heat. Wait 15 minutes, and you can eat.
The side dish can be mashed potatoes, and our dad just loves with vegetables and meatballs and more! Bon appetit You and Your baby!!!
