Cooking
This recipe is know for a long time, can not remember where. It was prepared from all types of meat - the original 3 kinds of meat, added to pork salami and so on. - it is convenient that can be varied. Today I decided to cook with cheese (the last time was too bold with the other cheese) and put it in the middle of quail eggs for beauty and satiety (who little :-D) used to put vegetables, beautiful peek-a-Boo in the cut. Here in fact, almost all of our products. The onion, or the egg is not put - when cutting the loaf falling apart, too juicy.
Added to beef and chicken minced meat soaked in milk, a slice of bread, spices. In the prepared baking dish put the first layer of the ground beef.
Then placed it in boiled (peeled :-D ) eggs. Top chicken meat and eggs.
Then grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Covered ends of the paper (so that the cheese is not burned) and sent in the oven (200 deg.) for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later, opened the paper and again in the oven! 25 minutes later, our roll is ready!
The loaf turns out very rich, because the only side dish served green salad. The photo is not it :-D
