Curd pie with berries and marmalade
Delicate, moderately sweet, cheese and berry pie. Cake decorated with jelly and berries, covered in caramel syrup. A berry for the pie can be any. The amount of sugar in the curd can be varied. But chocolate is not a joke.

Ingredients

1. Make the dough for the crust. Flour mixed with baking powder and sift. Add cane sugar and vanilla, mix well. Then add the softened butter and RUB into crumbs. To assemble the dough into a ball, add the sour cream.

2. Should get loose com. Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the fridge for 1 hour or cook until top layer of cake. The dough should be chilled.

3. Prepare the top layer of the pie. Beat the egg yolks with the brown and vanilla sugar in a solid foam. So there is no visible sugar grains.

4. Stir the pureed cottage cheese through a sieve diluted in the milk starch.

5. Mix the yolk mixture with cheese.

6. Whip chilled chicken whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form, and to enter into cottage cheese, stirring gently from bottom to top. Cooked cottage cheese mixture put into the fridge.

7. Take out of the refrigerator chilled dough and spread a thin layer in the separable form (f 23-24), in the form of a basket. The bottom of the form, pre-lay food paper, greased.

9. Then carefully distribute the remaining dough on the berry. Bake the pie in pre-heated to 190-200 C oven for 45-50 minutes. It all depends on the height of your cake. Check pie after 45 minutes to dry a match, especially the middle.

11. Decorate top of cake with slices of colored marmalade, grated chocolate and caramel berry. Berries for decoration, pre-dipped in melted marmalade (1 PC jelly bean + 1 tsp water) and dry. Get beautiful, caramel berry.
