Description
This cake I made, based on the classic recipe of manna on the yogurt, adding a carrot and an orange. Manna turned soft, tender, flavorful and delicious.

Cooking
In a bowl, combine the yogurt and semolina.
Mix well. Leave for 40 minutes to swell semolina.
Orange to wash, dry and remove the zest using a small trowel.
Carrots wash, peel and grate on a fine grater.
After 40 minutes add the orange peel and carrots to the yogurt with semolina. Mix well.
In a separate container to combine the eggs with the sugar.
Beat with a mixer at high speed for at least 5 minutes.
Add the egg mixture to the buttermilk with semolina. Mix well.
Then add the melted butter and sifted flour with baking powder.
Mix well. The batter should be like thick cream.
Spread the dough evenly in the baking dish (if necessary grease with butter). Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
