Cooking

Fish and onion finely chop.
We need to cook 2 scrambled eggs (1 for each roll). Break in a bowl 2 eggs. Add the soy sauce. I take a light with low content of salt, because the fish have enough salt.
Add 1 tbsp heavy cream, half finely chopped dill and black pepper. Whisk.
Bake for 1 omelet. It needs a little nedzarici, so as not to lose moisture. When baking it is fully cooked.
Gently remove from the pan, so the omelette is not torn. Also baked 2 eggs.
Thinly roll out the dough. We spread it on our scrambled eggs. On top put the fish and onions.
Roll into a loaf. The edges wetted with water. Press the dough stuck together. The long edge of the dough should be on the bottom.
I love that the roll was wet. In my half always put a few pieces of butter. Today I had a caviar butter. It will strengthen the fish taste of the loaf.
Do a little embellishment (to distinguish which was which loaf.) Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment. I additionally greased with vegetable oil.
