I'm lazy. But I like to eat myself and to feed friends. In a hot frying pan pour oil and fry the chicken pieces quickly over high heat until Golden brown (add salt impossible!). While fried chicken, we cut a lot of onions (to avoid crying, cut the cleaned head in half and fill with water). Cut the onion into rings. Once cut, the pieces stir fried chicken with onions in the baking dish, sprinkle with salt hard. Now let "duckies" their juices give. Cut fresh tomatoes in large plates (if you don't, you can substitute tomato juice or paste diluted to the consistency of juice). Pour the tomatoes (or juice) in a baking dish, season to taste Bay leaf, allspice, ginger can and add boiling water to covers the entire mixture. When it comes to a boil, then diminish the fire. Simmer for 1-1. 5 hours on very low heat. Readiness - the meat falls off the bones. The result pleases the eye, pleases the stomach. This dish can be served hot and cold, so even tastier.
