The main attention in this recipe deserves the coconut paste. I reviewed a lot of recipes for coconut cream, but everywhere it was the butter, condensed milk or eggs. I decided to go with a minimum of ingredients: we need in fact only the coconut. So the taste of mega-coconut, and combined with nuts, this filling for pancakes - just like being in Paradise! (P. S. Here are the ingredients needed for a coconut paste.
The most important thing for cooking is a powerful blender and patience. :) In a blender put coconut and icing sugar and grind at high speed for 2 minutes.
Then pour in vegetable oil and milled to a homogeneous mass. It took me 5-7 minutes. Will have to occasionally interrupt the process to collect the chips from the sides of the blender. If the process is very tight, you can add a little coconut milk, I went without him. Adjust themselves consistency from a thick paste to a liquid sauce.
Pancakes (I am for the beauty of sliced rectangles) put the coconut paste, flatten. Top approximately equal to the distance to put the cut half nuts (if they are small and flat, can be left whole).
