Japanese pancakes
A sandwich of two lush pancakes with sweet filling - what more do you need for a perfect Breakfast? Dorayaki is very popular in Japan, where almost all of the desserts used Anko - sweet bean paste. Sami pancakes-pancakes are fluffy, soft and fragrant (by adding honey), and a paste of beans has a very unusual taste: the consistency of a thick jam or marmalade, there is the smell of the beans, which will certainly appeal to fans of Japanese cuisine. But you can use a more traditional filling: chocolate spread, boiled condensed milk, berries with whipped cream, jam... Or eat just like that!

Ingredients

Well whisk the eggs with honey, salt and sugar until light and fluffy.

In the egg-sugar mixture add the yogurt and pour the milk, mix thoroughly. (The original recipe was just milk, but, in my opinion, the presence in the test fermented milk product makes the pancakes more tender)

In the prepared mixture sift flour mixed with baking soda and baking powder, again mix thoroughly until lumps disappear.

Good heat the pan, then diminish the fire and fry the pancakes on a dry pan under the lid (if the dough much sticking, you can grease lightly with a cloth), Turn over the pancakes in the moment when the bubbles on the surface burst, and the reverse side was confident of brown.

Bean paste can be prepared the day before. Beans must be soaked for 6-12 hours with a pinch of baking soda, then rinse, pour fresh water and boil until fully cooked.

The Japanese use a special kind of beans, but we have it quite difficult to find, so I use regular red beans. It's a bit more than the Japanese beans, so I boiled and cut beans in half.

In the crushed beans add sugar, vanilla until the sugar has dissolved and cook until thick and caramelized. A small portion of beans delay (if you want pasta met bean pieces), and the remaining mince in a blender until smooth, then combine it with deferred beans. This amount of paste is enough for 2-3 sandwiches.

In the middle of one pancake, put Anko, cover with a second, wrap our sandwich in plastic wrap and press well the edges, as if trying to glue them together.

On the other pancakes, put ice cream and sliced banana. Repeat all the same steps as with pancakes with Anko. After cooking for 10-15 minutes before serving this kind of pancakes to put in the freezer to make the ice cream not melted in the process of eating.

So here are the pancakes with ice cream and banana in mine. This dessert is perfect for Breakfast, it is very satisfying and will give You a boost of energy before lunch. These pancakes will be delighted not only children, their value will appreciate and adults with a sweet tooth!
