Cooked dinner from the available products and, by habit, filmed the entire process. I must say, thanks to "Cook" the camera in the kitchen is as complete as the rolling pin or frying pan! Though the recipe was invented on the go, dinner can be considered quite a success! That's what I did.

Cooking
Chicken my, purified from all the excess, dried, cut into serving pieces (I've had a shank), RUB a mixture of salt, black pepper and garlic. Put 1.5 hours-2 in the fridge to marinated.
After you pour the chicken with water (do not worry if water will seem much - it boils away in the cooking process). It is worth noting that if you do not want the chicken swimming in the sauce, the water and smaller and I was going back to dogoditi my beloved:) Put the pan on the fire and cook until tender.
Meanwhile, cut onion in half rings, mushrooms into quarters and sent together in the pan, fry until half-cooked mushrooms.
Add sweet peppers (in my freezer since fall harvested chopped and laid out on portion of sweet pepper), simmer for another 5-6 minutes.
When our chicken is cooking we sciaves in a separate bowl the broth and send to the chicken cooked mushrooms. Nemgogo let rest while we cook the sauce.
Pan fry for 2-3 minutes in sunflower oil in the flour, slowly add broth, intensively stirring slowly to avoid lumps, if necessary, a little dosolit, add the herbs and cook until thick, add sour cream.
When the sauce is ready, pour them on the chicken with mushrooms, stir, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes.
Dinner/lunch is ready! Can call all their relatives, favorite to the table! Bon appetit!
