Specifically for this yummy, ordered the guts in the package via the Internet. I can confidently say, as every Libyan that there are more delicious dishes there. This is a dish about which we can only speak choking on his own saliva.

Cooking
In a bowl fold the finely chopped onion and 2 types of meat: chicken and beef. Ideally, obana used fatty lamb. I propose a more diet recipe
Add the washed uncooked Basmati Quinoa Mix.
Greens finely chop, add to meat. Don't be surprised that green so much. In fact, it was necessary, at least 2 of the beam to take more.
Add spices (red chilli, paprika sweet, black pepper and turmeric), salt and tomato paste. Traditionally this dish is spicy.
Add the diced chicken livers.
Minced stir well. To restrain myself to not start eating it raw. :) (Smells delicious). Better to have guts. To wash them from the salt.
Dump the guts, to engage with two sides. Butter thickly a Gypsy needle and put in the steamer. Oban can be boiled in water, but better and tastier this dish is steamed. The rice absorbs the juices of meat, greens, plus spices... it is something incredibly tasty. The steamer lid and cook for a couple of Oban 1 hour.
The smell within an hour will not give you peace of mind, you all the time will want to come to the pot, open the lid and cut a piece. It is not necessary. In an hour you'll be ready.
Sausages Libyan ready. Now let the whole world wait. :)
