Strudel with meat and potatoes
Thanks for the recipe Olga - pinkflamingo1962. Today for the arrival of my beloved husband I made the strudel. Of course, I slightly changed the recipe (Olyushka, sorry) instead of cabbage put the potatoes and the dough is mixed the water with milk 1 :1. It was very tasty, my husband was very happy!

Dry yeast mix with the flour, mix warm milk and water, and in this liquid to dissolve the salt and sugar, pour in the flour, mix, then add the melted margarine and again to knead well, put in a warm place.

When the dough is good, obtinem it with a little flour, cover with a towel and leave on the table. When the dough has again increased in volume, roll out the dough on the table, a thickness of 1 cm and grease it with melted butter.

Oh, sorry, after I put the dough in a warm place, it is necessary to deal with the meat: cut the pork slices, lightly browned in a pan and simmer for 30-40 minutes, then add chopped onion, salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices and lightly saute with a small amount of water.

Take the paste: rolled and oiled dough cut in half and roll into rolls.

Now the meat with the onions put into a high saucepan, put the potatoes, cut into 4 pieces, Bay leaf, pour in boiling water so that was covered potatoes, if necessary, a little sunflower.

To give meat with potatoes to boil,sprinkle strudels, cover and cook for 40 minutes, lid on, over medium heat.
