Description
Moon cakes or webin traditionally prepared in the mid-autumn Festival, which, ironically, is celebrated in 2014 on 8 September. Eating cakes, people admire the full moon.

Cooking
The first thing you need to cook the molasses. Pour 200 g of sugar 100 ml of water, stir, put on fire
Bring to a boil, add the lemon juice, more as not to interfere with
Cook for about 40 minutes on low heat until they acquire a persistent brown tint
Add soda, salt and mix well
Pour the flour, knead dense dough. Put the dough in the fridge for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, cook the filling. Mixed nuts grind in a coffee grinder. Pour the remaining (80 g) sugar.
Fry the rice flour in the pan, until it acquires a yellowish color. Pour in the peanut mass.
Melt the butter and pour in the same.
Pour 55-70 ml of cold boiled water.
Remove dough from refrigerator, divide it into pieces weighing about 30 g.
To make each piece a cake on which to put approximately 40 g nut filling. Wrap the edges.
Put the resulting workpiece on a Board dusted with flour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the cakes in there for five minutes. Beat the egg, get the cakes, sprinkle each egg and put back.
To switch the oven on 150 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes. Bon appetit!
