Very easy and delicious recipe for baking with chicken. These "letters of happiness", a rich, juicy and light at the same time! Bon appetit!

Take the dough. A thin layer of puff pastry. I cut it into 6 pieces.
Only three parts oil with our tomato sauce! If the sauce is fresh-the sunflower is a good choice.
Put pieces of boiled chicken. I didn't catch hands. Does not cut it. And on top a pinch of greens.
Will scarce grated mozzarella cheese.
Cover the part with filling the remaining batter.
Gently close the edges of our envelopes with a fork! To get a nice and filling will come out.
Pierce each "letter" on the top and brush with milk. Feel free to remove it in the oven for 25 minutes until just brown. In any case, be guided by your oven. The time may lengthen.
