Insanely delicious and flavorful pancakes! And in a Duo with melted chocolate - all a fairy tale!
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Salt
1 pinch

Sugar
3 Tbsp

Butter
30 g

Milk
300 ml

Orange
1 piece

Flour
200 g

Chocolate milk
Cooking
Eggs combine with salt and sugar and
beat.
Melt the butter and pour in cold milk. Mix and
pour in the egg-sugar mixture.
Add the sifted flour and
whisk until smooth.
To remove the zest from the orange and add to the dough.
Stir with a spoon.
Bake pancakes on a frying pan
with the two sides.
Roll tubes and lay out on a dish.
Melt the chocolate and
pour over the pancakes. Sprinkle with zest.
