I bought marzipan for sculpting, and the idea was born. To break your loving heart in pieces and give to the wife on a platter. Because every year I love her all the more!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cashews

    100 g

  • Dry milk

    200 g

  • Marzipan

    40 g

1. Not much for a surprise.

2. In a heavy-bottomed pan melt the butter.

3. Add sugar, sour cream and, stirring, wait till you get the bubbles.

4. Nuts slightly roasted and the ruble in a blender.

5. Pour the hot mass to the heated utensils for whipping. Stirring, gradually add powdered milk and crushed cashew nuts.

6. Should turn out homogeneous warm, viscous mass.

7. Decompose future in the hearts of the molds and clean for 15-20 minutes in the freezer.

8. Cool until candy is rolled out marzipan 2-3 mm thick and cut out with a mold the top part of the candy.

9. Get out of the freezer and surprise, pulling out a candy from the molds, put on top of the marzipan hearts, laid out on a platter, cleaned already in the fridge and wait for your favorite.
