Chicken pastrami
Chicken pastrami is first and foremost a perfect replacement stuffed with chemistry of store-bought meat products, as well as just a wonderful snack for sandwiches for Breakfast and on the holiday table. What is preparing pastrami is quite simple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Lime

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Chicken breast, wash and place in a deep container. Pour the chicken with milk, well stirred salt. Leave in milk for 3 hours. After three hours remove the chicken breast from milk, dry with paper towels and tightly tie culinary thread (my cooking was not tied to the usual strong thread).

To prepare the marinade. Mix in a separate container of olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, nutmeg, sweet paprika and garlic, passed through the press. Well smear chicken marinade and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate. Then a chicken breast and put in the form or on a baking tray lined with baking paper and send it in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn off oven and leave chicken there pastroma another 20 minutes.

Remove pastroma, cool. To remove the thread. Cut into small pieces.
