Pork in tomato-garlic marinade with rice
Recipes with pork very much, so I say at once that if there is a recipe on the website was not looking, and not what it was - the recipe is in my head right hunger on the way home :-)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Figure

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Four pork of escalope to beat

Cut into strips (the long pieces) salt, to taste propertytype

Fry the pieces of pork in a tablespoon of olive oil to polugotovnosti (better slices to fry in batches and not all at once spread in the pan, in this case pork fried more evenly and preserves the juice)

Finely chop the garlic

Saute the tomatoes with the garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil when tomatoes empty juice add a tablespoon of vinegar, pre-diluted in a little water, a little put out and off (to roast the tomatoes needed!!!)

To shift stewed tomatoes sauteed pork add water (so that pig with tomatoes were covered with water) and saute until the pork will not come until tender

Rice (previously cooked) put on a plate put next to the meat and season the sauce (marinade) pork
