Dessert of potato with tahini
Very interesting version of lean dessert, a rich, unusual and very simple. I advise you to surprise yourself and loved ones with a sweet dessert from regular potatoes!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sesame

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Jam

Cooking

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes in slices of 2-3 cm.

Measure out 50 g of brown sugar that we need to prepare the dessert.

Potatoes put in a pan, add sugar and water.

Once the syrup comes to a boil, turn down the fire to a minimum. And cook until until the syrup thickens, occasionally turning the potatoes carefully. Then remove the pan from the heat and allow the potatoes to rest for 15 minutes.

While the potatoes are resting, make the tahini paste. To do this in the bowl of a blender put the sesame seeds and gradually add butter, whisk. Then add water and beat again.

The consistency of the paste should be as thick cream.

Rested put potatoes on plates, pour the syrup. Tahini spread on top. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Dessert is ready! Bon appetit! Optionally, you can pour any jam.
