Brownie with cherries and nuts
Brownie is a traditional American dessert. Brownie is very easy to prepare, has a crisp crust, but the inside remains as moist as nougat. The combination of chocolate, cherries and nuts is just adorable!!!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

Butter cut into pieces. Chocolate break. Put it all on a "water bath". Do not forget that the bottom of the vessel, where the butter and chocolate should not touch the water. So in the original recipe. But since I'm too lazy to make a "water bath", I use a microwave. In my opinion, the result is the same. Chocolate and butter put in a special container for the microwave and put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at maximum power. You may need more time depending on the power of your microwave oven. Take out of microwave chocolate butter cream and mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl whisk the sugar and eggs. Sugar you can use a different number, everything will depend on your chocolate and your taste preferences.

At this time our chocolate butter cream managed to cool down. Add it to the egg mixture. Stir it carefully.

Mix the sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add all of this into our mix. Mix again thoroughly.

Included to warm up the oven to 180 degrees. At this time, prepare the cherries and grind nuts, but not very finely. They should be felt in the finished brownie.

Ready cake should bounce on the edges and stay chewy in the middle. It is important not to overdo it in the oven. It's okay if it is slightly damp. The crust will still harden when you take it out of the oven and the middle is moist.

Pull brownies out of the oven. Take out of the form and give it to cool completely. Then decorate according to your desire and cut to pieces. I sprinkled the top with powdered sugar and decorated with cherries.
