Muffins with butter cream
Very gentle, airy and light cupcakes. The kids love it. The taste is incomparable.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla

    30 g

  • Soda

    25 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Raspberry

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar until white fluffy mass. Eggs lightly whisk and add to the mass.

The rest of the mass add the sifted flour and soda with vanilla. Mix in the milk and mix well. Sister my little helper.

Put the dough into molds. Bake in previously heated to 200 degrees oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

Now for the cream. Beat the butter, add the milk, vanilla and sugar and again whisk until fluffy mass.

As the cooled cupcakes put the cream and decorate with raspberries.
