Cakes with eggplant, mushrooms and meat
Surely you haven't tried fried pies with this filling. However, this is a quick yeast dough, any filling is good, including sweet.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

For the filling, cook beef in boiling water with carrots, onion and Bay leaf. Cool, strain the broth. The meat is finely chopped.

For the dough mix all the ingredients with 240 ml of warm water in a bowl until smooth, knead quickly. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Eggplant peel, cut into small cubes. Also chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the eggplant until Golden brown. Eggplant in a bowl. Mushrooms fry in oil until soft, add the onion and fry until the vegetables are tender. In the end, add the eggplant.

Add the chopped meat to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in some broth, stir, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Cool.

Divide the dough into pieces of equal size, roll out into circles with a diameter of about 10 cm, put the stuffing in the centre, to sculpt round cakes.

Fry the patties in hot oil on both sides until Golden brown.
