Roast beef with flavorful spicy butter
One of the most delicious meat dishes

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Wash the meat and dry on paper towel

fry on well-heated olive oil for 1 minute on each side over high heat, flip the meat needs a shovel instead of a fork so as not to damage the surface

After a short roasting meat salt, pepper, and then fry on low heat until fully cooked

Greens wash and dry, so it didn't have much water, and then finely chopped with a knife

Oil put in a bowl and stir it until a homogeneous mass, add the garlic, passed through a press, salt, pepper and lemon juice

Now put the butter on the foil (or parchment) and form into a long roll and send it in the fridge

Remove the meat from the pan, put it on a plate, and on top lay the slices of butter with herbs
