Orange cupcake with jam
Long searched for a really delicious muffin and I finally found one! Loose, delicate, delicious, beautiful and flavorful cake! Cooking it is incredibly easy! Perfect for any holiday or just for tea! You can also make chocolate!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Orange

    2 piece

Cook butter, milk and sugar.

In a small saucepan put the cut pieces of the butter, sugar and milk.

The whole thing put on a slow fire and bring to a boil. But do not boil! Cool.

Is cooled while the first part of our cake, prepare the flour, baking powder, eggs and orange.

In a cooled mass add two eggs. Whisk. I used the mixer as it is easier and better than a broom!

Now add the flour and baking powder. Whisk so that lumps don't form.

This also grate the zest of half an orange (only the orange layer if you RUB the white layer of an orange will taste bitter)

Stir and pour into pre-greased form.

And put it into the preheated oven to 160-180 degrees for 40 minutes.

While baking the cake, make orange marmalade. To do this, cut the orange pulp and add sugar. A ratio of 1:1. Cook on a medium heat. Cool! To taste you can add cinnamon.
