Indian flatbread chapatti on serum
A feature of my recipe is that the cakes I bake in the oven and served with garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • Serum

    150 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

The serum and oil to heat until hot and pour into the bread machine pan, add salt. Enable the dough and gradually add flour until the dough doesn't turn into a rolling ball. After kneading the dough leave to rest for 30 minutes. (you can knead the Dough by hand)
