Fruit ice
Light refreshing dessert

Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    70 g

  • Yogurt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Raspberry

    70 g

  • Water

    0.75 cup

For the purple layer mix in a blender with blueberries, blueberry yogurt, and 1/4 Cup water. Fill this mass of plastic cups with a capacity of 50g 1/3.Put in the freezer.

After 20-30 minutes take it out and insert sticks. Put back in the freezer for 30 minutes.

For white layer, mix unsweetened yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and 1/4 Cup water. Get our cups and fill the next layer is white. Leave about 1/3 of the glass free. Put into the freezer for another hour.

For the pink layer will mix raspberries, raspberry yogurt, water. Pour the last layer of pink. Put in the fridge for 2 hours or until frozen throughout.

To get the ice out of the Cup enough to hold it for a few seconds under running cold water. Fruit ice ready! Bon appetit!
