Description
Form and process of forming such rolls, I'm certainly no surprise. I like that even grandma (God rest her soul) in childhood baked, but the dough is quite unusual. When I found it online, immediately decided to cook. Somehow unusual, when in a yeast dough add the pumpkin. The result is very impressed. The buns came out bright sun, but the taste is simply incomparable. Help yourself!

Cooking
The pumpkin is clean, cut a piece of approximately 150 gr, wrap it in foil. Sent in a preheated 180-200 degree oven.

The dough I used HP, but below I will describe how to cook it those who do not have this device named. In my HP first you need to lay liquid products, and then dry. Pour a Cup of KHP milk.
Add pumpkin puree, a pinch of salt and nutmeg, a teaspoon of honey.

If the yeast is active, mix them with flour. Also the milk add honey and pumpkin puree, stir. Add the sifted flour, knead the dough. Leave for 30 minutes. Butter (or margarine) melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. To add oil to the dough, knead again and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Until fit (manual or in CP) the dough prepare the filling. Oil is slightly flooded until creamy. Add the sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough in a layer about 1.5 cm thick.
Spread with filling, leaving one end free.
Roll the dough into a roll, ending free from the filling end.
One end "pulling" the dough and semipaved the tip.
Give a time for 15 minutes. The buns will almost double. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
