Roast pork
There is plenty of ways to marinate meat. Tried a new (to me) sauce, suggested by Natalia (xsenia), for which many thanks to her, I want to show the recipe is quick and very hearty dinner (my version).

Ingredients

  • Meat

    800 g

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

Marinate the meat (I had chicken on the bone) in a mixture of mustard and sauce. Leave for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness of slices of meat) at 200* (I switched the mode infraganti is grill, top heating and convection together at 200*)

Cooked meat on a platter and serve with vegetables or salad. Help yourself
