Description
This is a wonderful dessert after lunch, or just snack on a hot day. The combination of ice cream and jelly is very original. Melted chocolate on ice cream slightly hardens and turns out tender, the taste is soft toffee. Pistachios complement the dessert a nutty flavor.

Cooking
To make any kind of jelly as written on the packaging. Leave to harden. Ready jelly cut into cubes.
Pistachio peel and finely chop.
Chocolate breaking cubes and melt in a water bath.
Ice cream put in a bowl, add jelly.
Cover with melted chocolate...
and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve immediately.
