Delicious cupcake with dates, cashews and chocolate syrup would be a great start to the day for your family.

Ingredients

  • Cards

    200 g

  • Cashews

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Glaze

  • Butter

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

To prepare cupcake for Breakfast, I used oat flakes Mistral.

Whisk the sugar and eggs with a mixer in a deep saucepan.

Pour in the milk. Add the softened butter. Whipped to a state of granular crumbs.

Add the flour, sifted with baking powder. Pour the oatmeal and knead the dough (with a mixer).

It will be quite thick and viscous.

My dates, remove the seeds from them, finely cut. Nuts ruble with a knife. Add them to the dough.

Mix with a spoon.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Lay out the dough, spread with a spoon. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees (I bake at mode top-bottom). Check the readiness of the cake with a match, it should be dry. If the cake is not ready, bake more (you can cover the top with foil).

The finished cake remove from the form and give it to cool.

Put the icing in a deep bowl, pour hot water and leave for 5 minutes. Then cut the corner of the package and pour the cupcake frosting. You can decorate the cake with mint leaves and fresh berries. Bon appetit!
