Carp, in itself, a very tasty fish, and the ginger - something-something!

Cooking
The fish is cleaned, gut, wash, RUB with salt.
Ginger root peeled, cut in half lengthwise and put in the belly of a carp.
Lubricate carp with sour cream, wrap in foil and send in the oven for 30 minutes.
5 minutes until cooked remove the foil to brown the carp.
serve with lemon and potatoes!
