Red fish with potatoes in pots
Very tasty fish with potatoes, baked in pots. Ate instantly.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Onion

    2 piece

Cooking

Fish cut into large pieces, sprinkle with seasoning.

Potatoes clean, cut into large pieces, put on the bottom of the pot at the rate of 2 potatoes 1 serving (1 pot), salt.

On top of the potatoes put the 2 pieces of fish.

Sprinkle with roughly chopped onion, put a sprig of parsley (I had frozen), brush with 1 table spoon of mayonnaise, a little pepper and salt. Produced 4 pot and sent to the oven for 30 min.
